Concrete structures
Producing the world’s most widely used building material – concrete – into finished structures and elements requires a thorough knowledge of its properties and a high level of professionalism in concrete construction. That is why Kymecon always delivers both cast-in-place and precast structures tailored to the specific needs of the site and the customer’s schedule.

Hall construction
We are a comprehensive production partner for hall construction and deliver hall constructions, extensions and renovations, from piling to the water roof. We have extensive experience in hall construction, both for new projects and for existing facilities.
Whether you need an industrial or production hall, a warehouse, an office hall, a shop hall or a workshop, we are a competitive player, able to react even at short notice.
Structural modifications to machinery in operation
We specialise in structural modifications and building packages within existing, operational production facilities, which we carry out without interrupting the customer’s production.
Production shutdowns during modifications are complex processes, costly and often risky. That’s why we are the customer’s choice when it comes to keeping production running during modifications; all phases of our turnkey modifications, from piling to rebuilding, are carried out without even disrupting the customer’s production.
Technical maintenance
Technical maintenance of buildings includes the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the structures, facilities, fittings and equipment of buildings. It also includes the repair of moisture damage.
We are the framework contractor of choice for many industrial companies, municipalities and the state for building maintenance work. The maintenance contract is always tailored to the specific requirements of the client and the site.
Piling
We carry out competitive piling works with our partners. We supply competitive driven and bored piles in both steel and concrete.
If there are other buildings or structures close to the piling site, we will carry out a prior inspection and also take care of the vibration measurement.
We ensure that the piling work is finished and, once the piling is completed, we leave the site in first-class condition so that the contractor can continue with the work as quickly as possible.
Specialised construction
We know from experience that not all construction projects always fit into prefabricated compartments. That’s why Kymecon specialises in unusual projects and demanding construction specialities.
We are familiar with these specialised construction projects: construction and alteration work in confined spaces, alteration and construction work in operational facilities, demanding concrete and solid concrete structures and demanding demolition work in connection with construction work.
