Rakentamisen Laatu RALA ry (the Finnish Construction Quality Association) grants qualification to companies whose technical competence, resources, liability insurance and statutory obligations have been verified. For the client, this means the company’s background is verified before the tendering stage even begins.
This register, maintained by Suomen Tilaajavastuu Oy, verifies the information required under the Finnish Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability: taxes, pension contributions, insurance and collective agreement compliance — updated automatically every month.
Platinum status is awarded only to companies that have continuously met the Suomen Vahvimmat (“Strongest in Finland”) criteria set by Suomen Asiakastieto Oy for at least three consecutive years: an AAA credit rating, a positive financial result, a sound equity ratio, and an impeccable payment record.
