Our diamond cutting services
We select the method based on the constraints imposed by the site (dust, vibration, noise) and the size of the structure:
Core drilling
Drilling of penetrations for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services, anchoring and technical installations. We can execute large-diameter, deep-bore holes at challenging angles, including at operational facilities.
Diamond sawing – wall and floor sawing
Formation of openings for doors, windows and other apertures in concrete or masonry structures. We use high-performance wall saws and floor saws to cut cleanly through even the thickest sections.
Wire sawing
Demolition and modification of massive structures such as bridges, dam walls or thick foundation slabs. Wire sawing enables cuts that conventional disc-based equipment cannot achieve.
Slot cutting, chasing and grinding
Recessing of cables and pipework, and preparation of surfaces for subsequent treatment. Precise milling minimises structural damage and speeds up the progress of subsequent installation stages.
